Who We Are
Team Dream Foundation
Established in 2021 and rooted in the Washington Metropolitan Area, Team Dream Foundation is a community-driven organization with a deep commitment to the stability of the American family structure and the empowerment of its youth.
Through a signature "edutainment" approach, the Foundation delivers hands-on programs in music production, digital media, fashion design, and entrepreneurship; giving young people real-world skills alongside real-world experiences at institutions like BET Studios, the Kennedy Center, and Radio One. Since its founding, Team Dream has mentored over 250 youth, supported 45 families, and cultivated partnerships with 12 community organizations across the DMV.
Guided by the belief that arts, media, and entertainment are transformative forces, Team Dream continues to create the spaces where families find stability and young people discover their purpose.
