Every woman deserves dignity, safety, and a community that refuses to leave her behind. Sisters Empowering Each Other (SEEO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in South Carolina that lifts women out of crisis and into community, one act of service at a time.
Our team is made up of dedicated members, volunteers, and community advocates who bring with them decades of personal experience serving others from mentoring students and providing scholarships to delivering meals to the homeless and supplying toiletries to survivors of domestic violence.
Who WE are
Sisters Empowering Each Other
Sisters Empowering Each Other was founded out of a recognized gap in energetic, hands-on nonprofit work in South Carolina; a gap felt not just in policy, but in the daily, lived experiences of women facing homelessness, domestic violence, abuse, and life-threatening illness. What began as a calling became a coalition.
Today, that coalition shows up through hygiene package distributions for women and children in shelters, comfort blankets for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and monthly empowerment meetings where women gather to encourage and uplift one another.
SEEO is more than a nonprofit; we are a community of women and allies who believe that a single act of care can change the entire trajectory of a person's life.
Our Mission
Today, we’re excited to share a new, effortless way for local businesses to expand access to recovery support without spending one extra dollar.
Through our new partnership with Share360, your business can support recovery simply by doing what you already do. A portion of your existing credit and debit card processing fees is redirected to our Center at no additional cost to you, turning everyday transactions into life-changing impact.
