Rooted & Rising Foundation
Rooted & Rising Foundation, based in Gilbert, Arizona and founded by Renae Valdes and Stacy Anderson, exists to honor the full humanity of every individual it serves by providing access to holistic, land-centered wellness experiences drawn from ancestral wisdom and the healing power of community.
We believe that true well-being is relational: it grows in collaborative spaces where people feel seen, respected, and free to choose their own path forward. Our work is guided by dignity, intention, and a deep respect for the whole person; body, spirit, history, and future alike.
Through every program and gathering we offer, we are cultivating resilience, restoring balance, and building the kind of long-term well-being that ripples outward into families and communities for generations.
