Girl Magic Incorporated is a Charlotte-based 501(c)(3) mentoring organization empowering girls ages 10–17 with the life skills, confidence, and tools they need to rise and never stop rising.
Through mentorship, education support, financial literacy, and workforce readiness, we're shaping the confident, resourceful women of tomorrow one girl at a time.

Girl Magic Inc.
Girl Magic Incorporated was born from a simple but urgent conviction: that too many girls in Charlotte were growing up without anyone in their corner, navigating the pressures of adolescence without a roadmap.
Founded in 2021 by Executive Director Patricia Malone, GMI set out to close that gap not just with inspiration, but with practical, structured programming that prepares girls for the real demands of adult life. From tutoring and goal-setting to financial literacy, career preparation, and community service, every program is designed to build the kind of young woman who doesn't just survive her circumstances; she redefines them.
