Who We Are
Abundant Living Foundation
The Abundant Living Foundation, Inc. is a CDC-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Dr. E. Sabrinah Dorce, a biochemist, certified Lifestyle Coach, and 25-year Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics veteran whose career pivoted toward one purpose: stopping type 2 diabetes before it starts.
The Foundation screens, educates, and supports prediabetic individuals in underserved communities across Georgia, offering free prediabetes screenings and evidence-based lifestyle intervention programs through the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program. In June 2023, the Foundation earned CDC Full Plus Recognition status, a distinction that reflects the rigor, compassion, and measurable outcomes embedded in every cohort it runs.
Powered by a dedicated team of volunteer nurses, clinicians, and students, the Foundation has helped participants reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by up to 58%: restoring health and dignity to those who might otherwise never receive the tools to protect it.
